A SPARKLING WELCOME

- CAVA SEMI SECO, DUC DE FOIX, PENEDES, Spain -

Beautiful bubbles made from the classic Cava grapes Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada. The wine is semi-dry and offers plenty of fresh, soft and fruity flavours as well as an elegant touch of flowers and light sweetness.

Classic Champagne flavour and quality for less. Juicy, yellow ripe pears, apples, lemon and the characteristic yeasty flavour. It has a dosage of 8g, making it delightfully rounded.

Non-alcoholic wines

A lovely and refreshing white wine with Chardonnay as the main grape. In addition, a little Colombard and Muscat are used. The aroma is fresh and inviting, while the flavour is juicy with notes of citrus.

A non-alcoholic Zinfandel with a beautiful deep red colour and a delicate, fresh and slightly spicy aroma. Delicious and authentic fruit flavour with notes of plums and fully ripe black and red berries... A ‘Zin’ without sin.

An easy-drinking Chardonnay with soft, fresh and exotic flavours of melon, peach, citrus fruit and a hint of butterscotch. A lovely white wine from a family-owned winery - Australian Chardonnay as it should taste.

Slightly sweet. Looking for a sweeter white wine? This is a lovely Riesling with good sweetness and flavours of apple, grapefruit and apricot. The flavour is sweet and soft with notes of exotic fruits and a slight acidity.

- 2021 GRÜNER VELTLINER, TEGERNSEERHOF, WACHAU, Austria -

Hints of tropical fruits and minerality mixed with lime, apple and a fine fruit sweetness. But make no mistake, this wine is bone dry. Austria's cool climate maintains a high, fresh acidity level in the wine. Very clean expression.

We've arrived in South Africa, but the wine experience is right between Sancerre and New Zealand. The wine's great acidity is supported by fresh green flavours, citrus and some minerality.

100% Chardonnay. Stringent and crisp white wine. The Chablis region is known for its style, which is completely pure and mineral wines. This white wine exudes quality and also comes from one of the oldest Chablis houses.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Sancerre plays on the freshness and minerality of the flint and limestone-rich soil. But this wine also shows great flavour, with notes of citrus, pineapple, white flowers and a silky texture.

100% Chardonnay. Elegance for all your money. The aroma is very characteristic of Pouilly-Fuissé with its enormous freshness and notes of white fruits and the mineral touch. The flavour follows up with depth and minerals.

- 2020 SHIRAZ, TAKE ROOT, AUSTRALIa -

The wine is powerful and flavourful, but still quite elegant. A muscular wine that still has enough acidity to keep it from being too sweet and powerful. The Shiraz grape gives subtle notes of black olives and dried spices.

Primitivo and Negroamaro are the primary grapes in this red wine that's packed with power. You get a bit of everything: powerful texture, sweet fruit flavours and 15% alcohol. An intense yet easy-drinking affair.

Classic Rioja made from 95% Tempranillo and 5% Mazuela. The wine has been aged for 38 months, including 20 months in French and American barrels. Juicy and slightly spicy expression with dark berries, vanilla, liquorice and tannins.

Lively and food-friendly Ripasso made from the two classic Valpolicella grapes Corvina and Rondinella. The wine has the typical spicy Ripasso aroma and offers plenty of juice and power, but with a super fresh edge and soft fruit flavours.

100% Sangiovese. San Leonino guarantees authentic Chianti Classico wines in a fresh and classic style with great elegance and extraordinary complexity. Warm, lightly spiced and silky with an elegant touch of fruit sweetness and mineral notes.

LCampanha, in south-eastern Brazil, is one of the very best terroirs for growing red wine in all of Brazil. The country is not known for its wine tradition, but the Valduga family has actually been making wine here since 1875. Intense and dark-fruited.

The Cabernet Franc grape shines with a good steak as it has great tannins, acidity and big flavour. Lots of dark berries, herbs and complexity. The wine came from Zuccardi, which was named ‘New World Winery of the Year 2022’.

There is incredible complexity in the form of dried fruits, wild flowers, forest floor and leather. The long finish and beautiful acidity make this wine a great match for the red, juicy steak.

Tempranillo grown on old vines (70-80 years). The wine is barrel-driven, but round, powerful and incredibly elegant with a delicious, fresh and creamy fruit flavour and ripe tannins.

A silky smooth and elegant wine that is not as powerful as many other Amarones. You'll find tonnes of red berries and fruits, mild spices, vanilla and coconut in both nose and mouth.

Beautiful single vineyard wine made from 100% Syrah, grown on the south-facing and hilly vineyard Le Grand Courtil. Small red fruits on the nose and some garrique. Deep, deep flavour with beautiful fruit, vanilla and leather notes.

This is Châteuneuf for connoisseurs. The complex and powerful flavour bursts out of the glasses. The smell, however, is thankfully soft. The wine has a lot of soft tannins, which makes it very suitable for meat dishes.

A complex wine from José Zuccardi, who is the 2nd generation at the winery. The grapes come from two different chalky soils and the wine has been aged in large barrels for two years. Plums, cherries, black pepper and minerals dominate.

A Brunello di Montalcino from legendary Banfi, where every effort has been made to achieve a world-class wine. The flavour is typical Brunello, lots of freshness and a good shot of tannin - perfect for a big steak.

100% Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley aged 9 months in French oak barrels (33% new). Lightly spicy aromas of blackberries, fresh raspberries and cherries. Refined and complex flavour with notes of berries, soft tannins and fresh acidity.

- 2017 NUITS-SAINT-GEORGES 1ER CRU, LES VAUCRAINS, NICOLAS POTEL, BOURGOGNE, FRANce -

100% Pinot Noir, grown on Nicolas Potel's 1er Cru vineyard Les Vaucrains. The wine has been aged for 14 months in 228 litre French oak barrels. An impressive Burgundy wine with its great richness and purity. It is extremely well balanced with lots of fruit and tannins that unfold beautifully.

- 2023 TEMPRANILLO ROSÉ, MESTA, ØKOLOGISK, SPAin -

A flavourful organic rosé with an intense and fresh fruit aroma with floral notes. Beautifully concentrated yet light and elegant flavour with solid red fruit and a light, well-balanced acidity.

- 2023 ROSÉ D’ANJOU, REMMY PANNIER, LOIRE, FRANce -

Slightly sweet. Rosé d'Anjou is a bit of a Loire classic with its slightly sweet but fresh style. This is made from 70% Grolleau Noir and 30% Gamay. There are plenty of red berries on the nose and in the mouth - especially raspberries and strawberries.
